WorldWaysOne, is dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellness of young people. It offers three nurturing spaces: <strong>Open Spaces for safe, inspiring gatherings and wellness activities; Idea Space for exploring creativity, personal growth, and innovative thinking; and Work Spaces equipped with the tools and resources to bring ideas to life. Together, these spaces empower youth to build confidence, develop skills, and cultivate a healthy, balanced mind while turning their passions into meaningful action.

The employment component has two parts. In the event a youth has undergone some form of training, such a youth is empowered using value addition methodology to enhance skill. However, if the youth has not any formal training, such a youth first goes through the component one of kazy creative of training then proceeds for job placement.
